Biosafety Statement 

We are committed to running a bio-safe event where the likelihood of COVID being present is reduced. Below are the measures we have implemented for Affiliate Meet Markt. 

Self-Assessment – Before coming to Affiliate Meet Markt we ask everyone to take the time to self-assess. Are you feeling well? Do you have any symptoms of COVID including; high fever, a continuous cough, change in your sense of smell or taste? If you have any of symptoms of COVID please stay away. 

Cleaning, Hygiene & Ventilation – A more regular and deep cleaning regime, the provision of sanitising stations and ensuring adequate ventilation means we reduce the likelihood of the virus being spread at the event.  

Mask Friendly Event - Wearing a face covering or mask will not be compulsory at Affiliate Meet Markt but exhibitors and attendees are welcome to do so should they wish to.   

Communication – We publish the relevant information on biosafety measures we are implementing here on our website. Onsite, our exhibitors and attendees will be advised of how they can help keep the event safe via signage reminding them of the basics; regular hand washing, making extra space and covering coughs and sneezes.

I need a visa to attend, how do I get one? 

You must already be registered for the show to apply for a Visa Invitation letter. If you require one, please get in contact with our Customer Success Team at 

What is included in my pass?

We have 2 pass types available for AMM - Networking and Affiliate pass types.  

Both pass types include: 

  • Access to the 2-day Meet Market  
  • Access to all content  
  • Access to the Official Party  
  • Access to the Official Event App (open 4 weeks before)  
  • Access to Meetups  
  • Unlimited coffee  

Do you offer a 1-Day pass?

We do not, we only offer passes for all two days of the event. There are so many great things happening at AMM that we don’t want you to miss out! 

Can I transfer my pass to someone else?

You can transfer your ticket to a colleague for free up to 2 weeks before AMM23. After that, there will be a $50 charge for any changes made to your badge.

Please note, complimentary affiliate and advertisers passes can’t be transferred. 

How can I upgrade my pass on the show floor? 

Head to the registration desk and the Customer Success team on site can upgrade your pass for you. 

I can’t find my confirmation email. What do I do?

Lost your confirmation in the cluttered world of your inbox? Check your spam folder or just drop us an email at  - we are always happy to help! 

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, we understand that events are even better as a group so bring your colleagues along! We have group discounts starting at 20% off for 5+ people and additional offers for larger groups. Just reach out to and our Customer Success team will get back to you with your personalised offer.

How do I apply for an Affiliate Pass? 

You can submit your application for an Affiliate Pass here. 

If you have submitted your application, please bear with us a little longer. We will get back to you as soon as possible. 

FREE Affiliate Applications close October 25.

What's the criteria for an Affiliate Pass? 

Applying for your Affiliate Pass couldn't be easier! We just require your contact details, company information, a link to one of your affiliate websites (if you have multiple) and a screenshot of your affiliate commission that you'll be representing at #AMM23. 

If you've attended an iGB Affiliate / Affiliate Summit event previously as an affiliate, this will make your approval quicker. 

If you have any further supporting evidence of your affiliate work, do share! Again, this will make the process quicker and easier for us to verify your affiliate status.

The information on my badge is incorrect, how can I change it?

You can update your registration information via the link “Manage Registration Details” in your confirmation email.  

If you’re unable to find your confirmation email, please reach out to us at with the changes you would like to make and we will be happy to sort this out for you as well as resending your confirmation email. 

Where do I collect my badge? 

You can collect your badge from our registration desk:

31 October 11.30am – 6pm  

1 November 12pm – 6pm  

What do I need to bring to collect my badge?

You need to bring your confirmation email, business card or valid ID.

I’ve lost my badge, what do I do? 

We are unable to reprint badges so please take extra care with your badge and ensure you don’t lose it.  

In the event that you do lose it, you will need to purchase another pass. 

Payments and Refunds

What payment forms do you accept?

We accept the following credit card payments for attendee tickets: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. 

I’m having issues completing my purchase, what do I do?

If you have issues completing your card payment, please contact our Customer Success team at Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm GMT 

I’m unable to attend the show, can I get a refund? 

You can cancel your ticket and receive a full refund if you email us your request within 24 hours of booking.  

If you need to cancel your ticket more than 30 days before the event, you will get a 50% refund.  

Tickets cancelled within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund. 

You will also be given the option to transfer your event ticket to another Affiliate Summit event.

My visa got rejected, can I get a refund? 

If you are denied a visa application, please contact within one week of the rejection and we will be able to offer a full refund.   

For now, we advise you familiarise yourself with the current travel regulations and plan accordingly. If you need to cancel closer to AMM, you’ll be able to receive a full refund, so long as you cancel your ticket more than 30 days before the event. 

Will I receive a refund if I test positive for COVID –19?

Yes! Please contact us at if you are unable to attend AMM23 because you have tested positive for Covid-19, we will be happy to provide a full refund for you. You will need to provide evidence of your positive test.

Agenda and Sessions 

Where do I find the schedule for the show? 

The agenda for AMM23 is still in progress and will be uploaded to the website 

How do I see who will be at the show?

You can see the full attendee list on our official event app that will be launched 4 weeks before the show. Please note that we won’t be able to provide the attendee list other than through the app.

Are you offering a virtual version of AMM23?

As Affiliate Meet Markt is mainly focused around networking and being in the moment we will not be offering a virtual version of the event. This gives you even more of a reason to attend!  

Event App 

How do I access the event app? 

The Affiliate Meet Markt 2023 Official Event App offers registered attendees a way to network, view the agenda, connect with sponsors and exhibitors, and schedule private meetings. The app will be live 4 weeks before the show. 

All attendees will be contacted once the app is live.

What if I don’t want to be added to the event platform? 

You do not have to be included on the platform, you can opt-out at any time, keeping your profile hidden. To do so, open the app, and update your profile settings. You can also opt-out by emailing us at

Health & Safety 

Do I need to wear a mask onsite?

Wearing a face mask or cover will not be compulsory at AMM23, however you’re welcome to wear one if you wish.

What should I do if I feel unwell onsite?

Please feel free to approach a member of our Customer Success Team or Oganisers and we’ll be more than willing to assist you. If you feel unwell before coming to the event, please refrain from attending the event and reach out to us ASAP.   

What should I do if I test positive at the show and/or up to 14 days after the show? 

If you test positive, please inform our Customer Success Team as soon as possible. You can email them at  If onsite please inform a member of staff. 

What other H&S measures will be in place at the event? 

We are doing our best to abide by the health and safety guidelines and ensure that all attendees are safe. Here are some of the safety measures that you’ll see at AMM23: 

  • Deep cleaning each night before show open 

  • Anyone showing any symptoms or feeling unwell will be directed to a private room for professional medical support 

  • There are currently no restrictions on capacity and no social distancing requirements 

Hotels and Food 

Where should I stay? 

The official hotel is NH Collection Berlin Mitte am Checkpoint Charlie. You can book your room here at an Affiliate Meet Markt preferential rate by using the link on our website.

Where can I get some food?

We know that after networking, food and drinks are the most important aspect of an event! There will be great food options available at our food court inside the hall as well as a bar where you can get plenty of drinks. 


Do you have a cloakroom? 

We have a cloakroom located by the entrance where you’re more than welcome to leave your belongings, including suitcases. 

What should I wear?

There is no dress code so wear whatever makes you happy! However, we do suggest wearing comfortable shoes as you’ll be spending a lot of time on your feet while you’re having an amazing time networking. 

I’ve lost something at the show, is there a lost and found?

Please ask a member of staff at the registration desk or info point. If anything has been lost, we are happy to hold it for you. 

I received an email from someone saying they have an attendee list. Is that legit? 

If you receive an email from someone claiming to offer an attendee list, please do not engage with them in any way and report them to 

Your privacy is very important to us, so we will never disclose our attendee list to anyone outside the event. The only way to see who is at the show is through the attendee app!
